Responsibilities Manage clinical program activities, workflow and nursing resources. * Develop, implement and evaluate clinical program services and initiatives. * Hire, train, develop and evaluate staff. Assign tasks, prioritizes and coordinate work. * Collaborate with multidisciplinary clinical teams to assist with problem identification and resolution, cost containment issues, implementation of new services, and systems/performance measures. * Monitor and adhere to budget. Approve or monitor expenditures, purchases and other actions to insure compliance with budget guidelines. Requirements Licensure / Certification / Registration: * BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. * Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Education: * Required professional licensure/certification AND 3 years of experience and 1 year of cumulative leadership experience required.
