Role Overview
Next Step Insurance is seeking a Medicare Product Specialist who aligns with their commitment to client well-being over sales targets. This role is ideal for someone who excels in customer service and is passionate about delivering exceptional experiences. Whether you're a seasoned Medicare agent or a customer service enthusiast ready to learn the intricacies of Medicare, this position offers a rewarding opportunity to make a significant impact on clients' lives.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, providing follow-up support as needed.
- Quote and place new and renewed policies, ensuring clients understand their options.
- Educate clients on Medicare basics, general options, and specific product solutions that best fit their needs.
- Conduct pre-set appointments in a professional office setting, with no prospecting or sales gimmicks.
- Support clients with inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Participate in occasional educational or marketing events.
- Foster a client-centric approach, ensuring interactions conclude with clients feeling more informed and better off.
Qualifications
- Passion for delivering 5-star customer service experiences.
- Ability to learn and educate clients on the intricacies of Medicare.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
