MacNeal Hospital's Same Day Surgery/ Ambulatory Surgery Center is a 12 bed suite operating Monday-Friday. Our Same Day Surgery RN's prepare patients for ambulatory surgery (pre-operative) and recovers patients following ambulatory surgical procedures(post-operative).

What Registered Nurse RN will need:

  • A Degree from an accredited school/college of nursing is required - BSN or ADN
  • BLS Provider (accredited by the American Heart Association) required prior to hire
  • Illinois Board of Nursing license prior to hire
