About the Role

As a Business System Analyst, you will play the role of subject matter expert and operating resource for a subset of Badger's Oracle Cloud Applications platform. In this role, you will aid in the implementation, process improvements, enhancements, and other tasks that result to a more effective and efficient organization.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Work with functional heads of departments, IT, and project teams to create Oracle Cloud Solutions with a creative mind and innovative focus
  • Coordinate and manage cross functional solution dependencies across all Oracle Cloud modules
  • Scope and Architect functional solutions for customers, conduct requirements gathering sessions and create documentation, aide end to end testing development and execution
  • Proactively collaborate with communications and training teams to ensure Oracle Cloud modules updates are organized, well understood, and professionally delivered

Qualifications

What You'll Need for Success

  • Bachelor's Degree in business, computer science or related field
  • 1+ years of related business and/or IT experience
  • 1+ years of business systems analyst experience
  • 1+ years of Oracle Cloud or relative technology experience
  • Understanding of Manufacturing Oracle Cloud application and willing to learn
