Period Of Performance: The Period of Performance consist of . 1 year base period followed by 3 years
Contractor will ensure that Contract Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) perform requirements with minimal monitoring by a Registered Nurse (RN) provides basic, appropriate, effective interventions to individual patient needs according to established facility policies, safety standards and procedures. The contract CNA refers to the professional RN when deviations and problems not covered in the assignment occur. The contract CNA anticipates the needs of professional staff and works with them as a team member.
