We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Room team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing high-quality care to patients in critical situations.
*Duties*
- Provide direct and individualized nursing care to patients in the emergency room setting
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
- Perform triage assessments to determine priority of care
- Assist in emergency medical procedures such as intubation, defibrillation, and cardiac monitoring
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records
*Experience*
- Previous experience in emergency room or critical care settings is preferred
- Ability to phlebotomize and administer injections
- Familiarity with trauma medicine and acute pain management
- Experience in health coaching is a plus
- Knowledge of dermal fillers and medical office procedures is beneficial
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Current RN license with CPR certification
