Magnet Program Coordinator RN:
The individual in this position is responsible for:
- Assisting in all aspects of the ANCC Magnet/Pathway application, designation, and re-designation process and professional practice within the ministry.
- Collaborating with the regional, service area, and ministry nursing and interprofessional leaders to drive nursing excellence, facilitate shared governance, develop, implement, evaluate, EBP improvements, and innovations in patient care and nursing practice.

Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Upon hire: California Registered Nurse License
- Upon hire: Membership in at least one nationally recognized professional nursing organization
- Within 1 year of hire: Professional Nursing Certification in leadership or education
- 3 years of experience in acute care nursing.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Nursing, Nursing Education, Education Business or closely related field.
- 3 years of experience in achieving initial or re-designation as a Magnet facility.
- 3 years of experience in a shared governance role.
- Experience in quality improvement.

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
