  • Job Requirements
  • LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) or Clinical Social Worker Associate working towards licensing
  • Master's degree from a school of Social Work accredited by the Council of Social Work Education
  • BLS NOT Required
  • State of Oregon licensure as a Clinical Social Worker required within two years of employment
  • One year experience in a healthcare setting
  • Schedule Information
  • Shifts: Monday - Friday 8am-4:30pm
  • No weekend requirements
  • No holiday requirements
  • Department Specific Orientation: 2 days
  • Additional Details
  • Cover areas: Inpatient BHU
  • Services may include evaluation to the Emergency Room/medical units for referred patients to BHU
  • Professional attire for dress-code
  • No requirement for RT or Pharmacy for DC Planning
