Description
- Develop, manage, and update project schedules using advanced scheduling software such as Primavera P6.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure alignment of schedules with overall project objectives and critical deadlines.
- Perform detailed analysis of schedules to identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and other project partners to maintain synchronized timelines.
Profile
- Experience: Scheduling experience in construction, with a focus on large-scale, technical projects (mission-critical experience is a plus).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Primavera P6 and other scheduling tools.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to assess and address scheduling challenges.
- Communication: Ability to effectively communicate with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors.
- Adaptability: A proactive mindset with the ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
