Our client is a premier general contractor that specialize in federal buildings. An excellent opportunity has opened up for an experienced Superintendent for a $27M project in Mammoth Lakes.New construction of a 16,125 sf civic center including a council chamber, main entrance lobby, public restrooms, associated utility restrooms, one open stair, one stairwell, and one elevator. Site improvements include new landscaping, concrete and asphalt paving, with 63 parking stalls and 12 street parking spots. Includes EV and accessible parking. ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day field operations of construction projects and provide oversight and coordination of work between tradesRequires a proven record of managing complex projects with multiple subcontractors and tradesStrong construction knowledge and ability to read and understand architectural and structural drawings.
