Position Summary:

Performs all functions within the Employee Health and Wellness Office that serves the employee population. 

Reports to: Director

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Conducts health evaluations and screenings, immunizations, medical surveillance, TB testing, pre-employment health review and management of employees with work-related illnesses, injuries or exposures, and worker’s comp program dutiesDrag Edit DeleteMaintains employee blood borne pathogen exposures and follow-up.Drag Edit DeleteAssists in administering FMLA for employees. Relays permanent restrictions to the HR Director and employee’s manager.Drag Edit DeleteCompiles new Employee Health records, chart audits for transfers and terminations.Drag Edit DeleteAdministers N-95 respirator protection program by performing fit test, coordinating new surveillance and training as needed.
