PositionSummary: Weare seeking a remote Physician specializing in Geriatrics or CognitiveNeurology to both see and assess patients with cognitive disorders and providesupervision and support to Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) in various stateswhere our patients reside. This role requires strong clinical experience inmanaging patients with memory and cognitive disorders and proficiency intelemedicine platforms.


Requirements:

  • MDor DO from an accredited institution.
  • Completionof a residency program in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Neurology witha subsequent fellowship in Behavioral/cognitive Neurology or Geriatrics.
  • Strongclinical experience in managing patients with memory/cognitive disorders.
  • Boardcertification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Geriatrics, or Neurology.
  • Validmedical license to practice in state where supervision is required
  • Proficiencyin telemedicine platforms and technologies for conducting remote patientconsultations.
  • Strongclinical skills in geriatric and cognitive assessment, management of complexmedical conditions, and medication management.
  • Excellentcommunication skills to effectively interact with elderly patients, families,and healthcare colleagues through virtual channels.
  • Commitmentto staying up to date with advancements in Memory/cognitive disorders and theircare and management, telemedicine, and healthcare technology.
