Compensation:

Competitive hourly rate of $16-18 per hour.

Responsibilities:

Conduct follow-ups with patients and efficiently schedule recall appointments.
Present and assist patients in accepting treatment cases.
Utilize your knowledge of insurance to ensure patients maximize their benefits.
Minimize patient balances by accurately setting expectations and optimizing insurance utilization.

Qualifications:

Ability to overcome objections and find solutions for patients, ensuring their satisfaction.
Excellent communication skills to establish rapport with patients and provide clear information.
Self-motivated and driven to set and achieve goals, maintaining a proactive approach.
Open to self-reflection and coaching, continuously seeking personal and professional growth.
Comfortable discussing financial matters with patients.
Meticulous attention to detail in handling patient information and maintaining accuracy.
