*Duties and Responsibilities:*
* Assist in maintaining a physical, social, and psychological environment in the best interests of the residents
* Obtains and administers medication and treatments as prescribed by the physician. Documents and reviews medication and treatment sheets for accuracy and compliance with physician orders and regulations
* Monitor response to treatment plans
* Assist in writing service plans based on resident needs

*Qualifications:*
* RN, LPN, or LVN license required
* CPR/First Aid certification
* One year of experience working with the elderly population preferred
* Excellent organizational skill and attention to detail
* Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate
* Due to the nature of the work performed by Ascent Living Communities, and that this position works with a vulnerable population, we do require a criminal background check be completed
* This community will require proof of COVID-19 vaccination, upon job offer, to comply with the regulations from the Colorado Department of Public Health

*Pay:*

$36.00 to $42.00 an hour, based on experience
