Dr. Bob's Dental Care is a thriving, patient based dental practice in the Buffalo, NY area. We have locations in Buffalo, Amherst, Kenmore, Niagara Falls and Cheektowaga, NY. We are professional and innovative and our goal is to to find a General Dentist that is looking to grow and produce in an innovative environment. We keep up with technology and strive to provide the most up to date techniques to deliver the very best care.

We are seeking General Dentists to associate in our practices. Buy in opportunities are available for the right candidates.

Schedule:

To be determined based on specific office location

Supplemental pay types:

Commission pay, but willing to provide base pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

To the Buffalo, NY area
Relocation expenses considered

License/Certification:

Dental License (Required) by NY state.

Work Location: In person

Duties:

- Perform dental examinations, diagnoses, and treatments for patients of all ages.
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs and oral health conditions.
- Administer local anesthesia and perform dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, root canals, and crowns.
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and provide preventive care instructions.
- Collaborate with dental hygienists, dental assistants, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using electronic systems such as in using Eaglesoft software
- Participate in continuing education to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school.
- Valid state dental license to practice dentistry in NY
- Proficiency in using dental practice management systems such as Eaglesoft (preferred).
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients and staff.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to providing high-quality patient care and maintaining ethical standards.
