Job Requirements:
Prior experience in dishwashing or custodial work is preferred with knowledge of food safety procedures and sanitation guidelines.
Must have food handlers certification.
Strong communication skills in English and the ability to interact professionally with customers.
Able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as reaching, lifting, bending, and carrying heavy trays and dishes.
Dress code: dark pants and white or light polo or button-down shirt, well groomed, wearing black closed-toe non-skid shoes.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Wash pots and pans using the 3-sink compartment method and efficiently operate the dish machine to ensure cleanliness.
Unload and stack dishes and glassware, sorting them for service.
Empty trash, compost, and recycling.
Clean and maintain floors, operating carpet and floor buffers as needed.
Report equipment malfunctions, keep an inventory of chemicals, supplies, and dishware, and adhere to food, physical safety, and sanitation guidelines.
