Job Summary:
We are seeking a Weekend Supervisor to join our team. As a Weekend Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations and ensuring the smooth running of our facility during weekend shifts. This is a leadership role that requires strong organizational skills and the ability to effectively manage a team.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate activities of staff members during weekend shifts
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures
- Provide guidance and support to staff members, including training and development opportunities
- Monitor and evaluate staff performance, providing feedback and implementing corrective actions as needed
- Collaborate with other supervisors and managers to ensure efficient communication and coordination across all shifts
- Assist with scheduling and assigning tasks to staff members
- Address any customer concerns or issues that may arise during weekend shifts
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a healthcare or assisted living setting
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of medical procedures and terminology, including sonography, catheter care, primary care, phlebotomy, etc.
- Familiarity with medical records and documentation
- Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism and composure
- Flexibility to work weekends and potentially fill in for other shifts if needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $36.00 - $38.00 per hour
