Reporting to the Chief Nursing Officer, the Birth Center Nurse Director will have clinical and administrative oversight for this active Labor and Delivery department with 40+ beds. The Nurse Director of Maternal Child Health will lead a dedicated team of over 70 staff including Nurse Managers, Nurse Coordinators, Registered Nurses, and other support staff. In this comprehensive role, the Birth Center Nurse Director will lead Strategic Growth, Fiscal Stability, Staffing needs, Professional Development efforts, and Regulatory Compliance for the department.
