Maxim Healthcare is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to work 1:1 in a home setting. We have multiple patients in need of Nurses.

Skills Involved: Pediatric & Adult patients with G-tube, Trach, and Vent

Can provide training if necessary.

Available Shifts:

Full Time, Part Time, or PRN:

Monday-Friday or Weekends - 7am-4pm

Responsibilities:

Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders
Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Qualifications:

Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state of Virginia.
Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
Current BLS card.
Spanish Speaker Preferred.
