*Location: *Chelsea, MA

*Hours:* 1st shift - 7am-3pm, 40 hours/week. Rotating weekends required.

*Salary*: $55/hour

*Duration*: 90 day temporary assignment

*Responsibilities: *
* Provide direct patient care in a long term care facility
* Utilize health coaching skills to educate patients on their conditions and treatment plans
* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
* Maintain accurate and detailed medical records
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care

*Qualifications: *
* Must be a Registered Nurse in the state of Massachusetts.
