Qualifications

  • MD or DO
  • Board Eligible/Board Certified in Pediatrics
  • Three (3) years post fellowship experience preferred
  • Graduate of an ACGME accredited Pediatric Pulmonary Fellowship
  • Unrestricted PA Medical License
  • PA DEA
