As the Assistant Nurse Director OR, you will assume a pivotal role, providing leadership and oversight for all surgical operations. You will serve as a valuable resource for clinical excellence, educating and guiding the team. Your responsibilities will encompass ensuring adherence to hospital regulations and standards, as well as implementing policies and procedures to enhance workflow. Your role will be supported by a dedicated team of Physicians, Advanced Practice Providers, Registered Nurses, and dedicated staff.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in nursing leadership, particularly in surgical services.
