In this position you will be an essential part of our finance team and will perform the following duties:

Prepare monthly inventory to GL reconciliation and other reconciliations as needed.
Prepare and maintain various month-end journal entries and schedules.
Prepare federal and state compliance reports.
Assist Finance team in analyzing financial statement accounts.
Prepare year-end inventory standard revaluations.
Assist with audit requests.
Manage and review weekly cycle counts, request recounts, and maintain the cycle count tracking schedule for all locations.
Approve deductions to the advertising accrual and maintain associated schedules.
Bachelors in accounting and/or 1 - 3 years experience.
Firm understanding of accounting fundamentals.
Proficient in Excel.
Strong analytical and organization skills.
Ability to work autonomously.
Experience with Oracle preferred.
