*Job Description:*
We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses to join our Medical Surgical Telemetry team. Our hospital offers three distinct levels of medical-surgical Telemetry care, providing opportunities for RNs with varying levels of experience and expertise:

*3rd Floor (Lowest Acuity - True MS Unit )*
* Ideal for nurses looking to provide essential medical-surgical care.
* Focus on patient care and recovery in a less acute setting.
* RNs will still do some telemetry and patient monitoring.

*4th Floor (Middle Tier - True Tele Unit)*
* Perfect for RNs with experience in telemetry and patient monitoring.
* Provide specialized care for patients requiring closer observation and continuous monitoring.

*5th Floor (Highest Acuity - MLK version of Stepdown)*
* Suited for nurses skilled in handling more complex and critical cases.
* Deliver high-acuity care for patients transitioning from ICU to less intensive care.

Each unit consists of 30 beds, providing a dynamic and supportive environment where you can make a significant impact on patient care.

*Responsibilities:*
* Provide high-quality, compassionate care to patients on assigned unit.
* Monitor and assess patient health, and develop individualized care plans.
* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
* Educate patients and their families on health management and post-discharge care.
* Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.

*Qualifications:*
* Current RN license in the state of California.
* BLS and ACLS certification required.
* Prior experience in medical-surgical, telemetry, or stepdown units preferred.
* Strong critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
