We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at a reputable teaching hospital. The ideal candidate will have experience in Med-Surg, ER, Critical Care Unit and Float Pool

*What will you will do in this role:*

· Serve as the patient and family advocate, protecting privacy and confidentiality

· Facilitate patient care making nursing assessments and diagnosis

· Provide plan based care with a commitment to continuous improvement

*Job Requirements:*

· *2 years of recent (within the last year or two) acute care RN experience within unit Job Applying for (Med-Surg, ER, Critical Care)*

· Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida or able to obtain licensure prior to start is required

· Current BLS required

· Current ACLS preferred, required within 6 months of hire

· BSN is preferred

Salary Range : $40 - $45 /hr (Depend on Experience)
