Title: Licensed Practical Nurse

Description:

We are looking for a qualified, compassionate, and knowledgeable nurse to join us in caring, serving, and enriching lives. Position Details (Multiple positions available):

·Adult Male Patient

·Acuity Level: Catheter / Ventilator

·Location: Central Phoenix

·Schedule: Nights, Friday & Saturday 9:00pm-9:00am

(We offer training for these skills if you do not have experience)

Responsibilities:

Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care

Performs focused interview to identify specific patient needs

Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psycho-social changes in the patient’s condition

Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses

Other Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) duties as assigned
