Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day accounting tasks, including data entry, record maintenance, and filing
  • Prepare and process invoices, bills, and receipts
  • Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies
  • Assist the accounting team with month-end and year-end closing procedures
  • Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable activities
  • Assist with payroll processing

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles
