Work days/ Shift Hours - if applicable: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Compensation: Up to $20.00 / hour. Additional local incentives may apply such as an extra week of pay, referral bonuses and more.
Preferred skills: SAP software, Excel software, 10-key by touch, and Outlook mail program
General PurposeResponsible for assisting the Fleet department.
Duties and Responsibilities- Schedules preventative maintenance work.
- Creates purchase orders for parts needed to complete work not already in stock and to maintain parts inventory stock.
- Ensure purchase orders are received and invoices processed so that vendors are paid promptly.
- Assist with quarterly parts inventories to maintain value and quantity of stock with fleet supervisor to level out the scheduled maintenance and repairs so that they are more evenly distributed over the maintenance cycle.
- All equipment is accounted for in the proper status at the proper location for assigned territory and is assigned to a preventative maintenance schedule.
- Assist with basic clerical office duties such as answering phones, greeting visitors/vendors, and signing for parts.
- Education: High School diploma or GED required.
- Experience: 1 plusyears of fleet maintenance analysis. SAP knowledge a plus. Basic understanding of Microsoft Office and Outlook, SAP work order management, purchasing and invoicing. Excellent written and verbal communication with customers and vendors.
