Fairfield, TX - Radiologic Technologist with CT Experience

Ivory Medical is seeking an experienced Rad Tech with CT experience available for a Traveler assignment in Fairfield, TX.

Opportunity Specifics:

  • Contract Type: Radiology Tech Traveler with CT 
  • Setting: Inpatient Hospital
  • Start Date: October 
  • Duration: 12 weeks
  • Shift Availability: 3 -12 hour shifts (7 am- 7 pm);* one weekend shift required*
  • Schedule: Day Shift; Flexible scheduling
  • Volume:5-15 Exams/12 Hours
  • EMR: MEDHOST.
  • Onsite Lodging Available
  • Equipment: Phillips portable Xray, CT - Phillips Incisive

Responsibilities:

  • Promotes effective working relations and works effectively as part of a department/unit team to facilitate the department’s/unit’s ability to meet its goals and objectives.
  • Demonstrates respect and regard for the dignity of all patients, families, visitors, and fellow employees to ensure a professional, responsible, and courteous environment..
  • Takes digital radiographs to assist provider in the detection of foreign bodies and diagnosis of disease or injury.
  • Take x-rays, CAT scans and other scanning modalities; administer non-radioactive
    materials into patient’s bloodstream for diagnostic purposes.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Graduate of accredited 2 year radiology program
  • Texas-licensed Radiologic Technologist
  • Registered by ARRT and certified by Texas Medical Board
  • Current COVID-19 Vaccination
