We're seeking a Senior Application Developer (Full-Stack Engineer II) to join our Enterprise Financial Messaging team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA - HYBRID.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Help us to develop, support and maintain the critical SWIFT Messaging Infrastructure.
  • Provide comprehensive technical support for the application and act like an owner.
  • Participate in design, analysis, coding and successful deployment of the application in production.
  • Participate in troubleshooting issues, incidents and propose solutions.
  • Help to improve resiliency by focusing on monitoring and alerting. Secure the application from vulnerabilities.
  • Maintain software functionality and currency (technical debt and gain). Actively participate in code reviews.

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required.
  • 8 + years of experience in systems analysis and program development with related supervisory, management and administrative experience required.
  • Good proficiency in software development (especially Java 11 or higher, SQL, Unix/Linux scripting) preferred
  • Strong experience in SDLC, DevOps processes - CI/CD tools, Git, etc.
  • 7+ years of experience in SWIFT Messaging applications with hands-on experience on any of the following applications: AMH, SAA, SAG, AWP
  • Solid Understanding of Messaging frameworks like IBM MQ
  • Experience in the banking/financial services industry is a plus.
  • Coordinate coding, unit testing, implementation, and documentation of solution.
