Our client in Alcoa, TN is seeking a Electrical Technical Specialist to join their team.  The ideal candidate will have experience installing, programming and troubleshooting AC drives, DC drives and AB Logix5000 series PLC,  which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Electrical Technical Specialist

Location: Alcoa, TN

Pay Range: $35p/h

Schedule: 6:00pm to 6:00am 4 days on, 4 days off

What’s the Job?

  • Provide technical troubleshooting skills to maintenance and operation to restore product flow
  • Provide technical solutions to recurring design, process and application problems.
  • Assist supervisors and crafts in following up on VPM Issues and items from daily action repair.
  • Availability to work weekends.
  • Act as resource for technical guidance to manufacturing personal

What’s Needed?

  • Bachelor's degree or 5 years of experience in electrical systems and controls utilized in industrial applications.
  • Experience in with AC drives, DC drives, AB Logix500 series PLC.
  • Strong communication and computer skills
  • Creative thinking skills.
  • Responsibility and commitment.
