Matt Blatt Nissan is seeking a Master Certified Technician to join our service team. The ideal candidates will have a solid foundation of technical knowledge and hands-on experience in automotive repair and maintenance. As an Auto Technician, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of automotive services and assisting in diagnosing and repairing various vehicle issues.

Nissan/INFINITI certification required.

Compensation dependent upon experience. Must bring own tools.

Responsibilities:
* Perform routine maintenance services, such as oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks
* Conduct diagnostic tests using specialized tools and equipment to identify vehicle issues
* Perform repairs and replacements of automotive parts, including brakes, suspension components, and exhaust systems
* Assist in diagnosing and troubleshooting complex automotive problems
* Keep accurate records of services performed and parts used
* Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers regarding repair recommendations and timelines
* Follow all safety procedures and guidelines in the shop

Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Minimum of 4 years of experience as an Auto Technician in a dealership or independent shop setting
* Strong knowledge of automotive systems, including engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical components
* Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment
* ASE certifications (or equivalent) in relevant areas (such as Engine Repair, Brakes, Suspension, and Electrical) preferred
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
