    • Reason for coverage: Physician vacancy starting ASAP for the next 3 months. Weekend call coverage needs as early as 10/26
    • Shift: 24-hour call coverage during the week and weekends. Night call on Fridays potentially
    • Practice Setting: Office/Hospital/Endoscopy suite
    • Schedule (Shifts and Hours): Call coverage during the week and weekend, every 3rd week.
    • Call Schedule: Currently 1:3
    • How Many Physicians in Your Group: 3 and 2 PAs
    • Documentation System/EMR: EPIC
    • Required Types of Upper GI Endoscopy: Diagnostic, Therapeutic
    • Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 60-120 days
    • Clinical Areas: Adult, Office/Clinic, Hospital Gastro
    • Onsite Lab
    • Onsite X-Ray
    • Outpatient Gastroenterology and Internal Medicine - Required
    • Average Number of Office/Clinic Patients Per Locum Per Day: 12 - 20
    • Required Procedures: Colonoscopy
    • Board Certified or truly Board Eligible- Required
    • Active PA license - Required
    • Local- Highly preferred
    • BLS, ACLS- Required
    • Must have proof of COVID-19 Vaccine - Required
