Details * Sign on bonus: $5,000.00 for Full Time positions, $2,500.00 for Part Time positions * Department: Skilled Nursing * Schedule: Full time 40; Part time 20, All shifts potentially available * Facility: Villa Franciscan * Location: Joliet, IL * Salary: $31.28 - $46.92 per hour Actual compensation offered will vary based on factors including applicable licenses, certifications, education, experience, location, qualifications and comparison with associates in similar roles. Responsibilities Assist with basic patient care activities. * Assist with procedures ordered by physician and supervised by a Registered Nurse (RN). * Assist patients with tending to personal care, activities of daily living and transfers/transport. * Report findings or changes in physical, mental and emotional conditions to nursing staff. * Assist with keeping patient rooms clean and orderly. Assure resident safety by identifying safety hazards and emergency situations and initiates corrective action as appropriate. Requirements Licensure / Certification / Registration: * Nurse Aide obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. * BLS Provider preferred. Education: * High school diploma or GED preferred.
