Opportunity Highlights

  • Centra is actively is seeking a BC/BE Outpatient Pediatrician to join its program in Farmville, VA.
  • Full-time position
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm
  • Inpatient coveage for births/call
  • Additional providers: 1 Pediatrician, 3 Family Medicine physicians, 2 APP
  • Call Expectations: 5 Call Shifts/Month

 

Physician Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive compensation based on regular hours plus overtime hours worked
  • Upfront bonuses
  • 15k rural bonus annually
  • Up to 100k in student loan repayment
  • Up to $10,000 in relocation assistance
  • Up to $7,500 CME allowance + 5 days for CME in addition to time off
  • 224 hours of allowable time off
  • 403(b) and 457(b) tax deferred savings plan; Immediate vested employer contribution match
  • Health, dental, vision, and supplemental insurance options
  • Malpractice coverage
