*Occupational Therapist Requirements:*
* Graduated from an accredited Occupational Therapy (OT) college or university.
* Unencumbered Occupational Therapy (OTR/L) license for New York.
* Conduct home visit Occupational Therapy assessments of referred patients providing direct patient care to assess medical conditions, functional capabilities, limitations, and potential for rehabilitation.
* Proficient in EMR documentation (we use Hello Note but experience in this system is not required).
* CPR Certification.

*Occupational Therapist Benefits:*
* Competitive pay rates of *$70 -$90 per visit* for Occupational Therapists.
* Pediatric cases provide higher rate range opportunities.
* Flexible scheduling options: full-time, part-time, and per diem.
* Occupational Therapists can choose the population (pediatrics or geriatrics), location of patients, and hours.
* *Cases available in Bronx, Brooklyn, Queens, Manhattan, Long Island & Staten Island*

Pay: $70.00 - $90.00 per hour
