Position Summary:
Monitors and manages patient care to promote continuity of care, optimal patient outcomes, patient satisfaction, cost efficiency, and compliance.
Reports to: Director of Care Management
FLSA: Non-exempt
Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum EducationAssociate's degree Required
Bachelor's or Master's in Nursing preferred Drag Edit Delete Required Skills
Certifications:
Basic Life Support (BCLS) required within 30 days of hire. (If ACLS is current, BLS is not required). Drag Edit Delete Required Skills
Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action. Drag Edit Delete Required Skills
Licenses: AZ registered Nurse or compact state license required on hire
