The Company:

Family owned and operated athletic business in Massachusetts is looking for a dependable swim instructor.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree (BA) from a four-year college or university
Certification/Licensure/American Red Cross Lifeguard/Instructor Certification National Swimming Pool Foundation/Certified Pool Operator Certification
Strong relationship building skills and supervisory skills
Well organized
Prior Lifeguard and/or Swim Instructor experience
Maintain current certification
First Aid and CPR Certificate

Conditions of Employment
Must maintain certification status.
Must pass a pre-employment criminal background check.

Working Conditions and Physical Effort
Moderate physical activity. Requires handling of average-weight objects up to 25 pounds or standing and/or walking for more than four (4) hours per day.
Work environment involves some exposure to hazards or physical risks, which require following basic safety precautions.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $22.50 - $30.00 per hour
