Quality Life Services - New Castle is looking for an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to add to our team As an Assistant Director of Nursing you’ll be part of a collaborative team responsible for managing the nursing department of the nursing home.

Requirements

Valid and active RN license
Leadership experience and the ability to identify issues and propose solutions
History of implementing nursing policies and procedures
Experience in skilled care and/or patient care facilities preferred
Encompass a “patient care first” belief and puts those beliefs into practice
Values a team and possess the ability to work collaboratively with others
