LifeSpring Health Systems is seeking a licensed family nurse practitioner to provide comprehensive medical care to patients of all ages in a mobile health facility. This position will serve the counties in our Western Division: Crawford, Dubois, Orange, Perry, and Spencer. The successful candidate will have experience developing relationships with other health systems, social services and community partners, and will be comfortable practicing independently in a predominantly rural environment. This position requires at least two years of experience and an Indiana advanced practice registered nursing license.
