  • Clinical Role:

    • Seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified Hospice and Palliative Care physician
    • Will consider a Board Certified Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician
    • Completion of an accredited Palliative Medicine Fellowship required
    • Experience practicing Palliative Medicine in an acute care hospital setting with program management experience preferred
    • Function as a program builder by overseeing the design & implementation of an outpatient palliative care clinic
    • Join an established collaborative and collegial inpatient palliative care team comprised of one physician, a dedicated full-time LPN, and a full-time licensed social worker
    • Help develop an outpatient program that will enhance and grow
    • Current GA Medical License or must meet eligibility requirements
    • Work Monday - Friday (5 days/40 hours per week)
    • EMR: EPIC
