Qualifications:

Valid RN License in the State of New Jersey

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Director of Nursing and Assistant Director of Nursing to ensure the highest quality care for residents.
Oversee daily Nursing Department functions in compliance with regulations.
Facilitate facility surveys by government agencies as requested.
Conduct daily rounds to maintain nursing standards.
Handle complaints and grievances from department personnel.
