Rhino Medical is leading the charge seeking the best Wisconsin Physician Assistants (PAs) available to join our expanding Adult Outpatient Practice in Minocqua, WI beginning in August. This is a long-term full-time scheduling opportunity to join an exceptionally supported hospital-owned practice with all of the amenities afforded as a locum tenens provider.

Opportunity Specifics:

  • Contract Type: Locum Tenens 
  • Setting: Outpatient Primary Care
  • Schedule: Full-Time Monday - Friday (8:00a - 5:00p)
  • Duration: Long-Term Locums
  • Population: Primarily Adults w/ Minimal Peds
  • Census: Avg. 14-16 Patients/Shift
  • EMR: Cerner

Responsibilities

  • Conduct physical examinations and interpret medical histories
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as X-rays and blood work
  • Diagnose and treat acute illnesses, infections, and injuries
  • Prescribe appropriate medications and treatments for various medical conditions
  • Provide patient education and counsel on preventive health measures and treatment options
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans
  • Maintain accurate medical records and documentation of all patient encounters

Provider Requirements:

  • Current Wisconsin State License & Unrestricted DEA
  • Active Physician Assistant Certification
  • Certifications: BLS
