Our client is searching for a Data Analyst with Healthcare experience for a full-time position that can be worked remotely.

***All candidates must work directly for our client and no sponsorship is available***

The Health Data Analyst plays a critical role in analyzing data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights that drive meaningful business decisions

and strategies to improve care provided by the organization. This role requires a blend of business acumen and technical proficiency to interpret complex data and support goals.

Requirements:

  • 8 or greater years of experience in data analytics and business intelligence that includes healthcare (e.g. insurance health plan, physician practice, or hospital performing health plan and hospital/physician financial analysis)
  • Familiarity with EHR, preferably Epic, applications including financial and clinical data
  • Expertise in MS Excel with proficiency using formulas, PivotTables, linked worksheets, graphing and other reporting and presentation features
  • Expertise with SQL and relational database concepts. Specific experience with PostgreSQL within AWS preferred.
  • Proficiency with Tableau, Amazon QuickSight, or other industry-standard data visualization software
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
