As the Nurse Director of Palliative Care and Hospice, you will be at the forefront of compassionate patient care, leading a dedicated team in providing exceptional end-of-life care. Your role will involve overseeing all aspects of the palliative and hospice programs, ensuring that patients and their families receive the highest quality of care and support. The Hospice Program Nursing Director will report directly to the Assistant Vice President and have support of palliative care physicians, hospice nurse managers, and hospice nurses. 

Preferred candidates for the Hospice Program Nursing Director will also have knowledge of New Jersey hospice rules and regulations, Joint Commission requirements for Hospice and Palliative Care, and experience with NetSmart and Nextgen systems, including query and report writing skills.
