Our client is seeking skilled LPNs to join their dynamic healthcare team. If you're passionate about providing exceptional patient care and thrive in a collaborative environment, we want to hear from you

*Location: *Chelsea, MA

*Hours:* 1st shift - 7am-3pm, 40 hours/week OR 32 hours/week. Rotating weekends required.

*Salary*: $45/hour

*Duration*: 90 day temporary assignment

*Responsibilities:*
* Provide direct patient care in a long term care facility
* Administer nursing treatments, procedures, doctor orders, and care plans; observe, identify and respond to the needs for care
* Maintain accurate and detailed medical records
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care

*Qualifications:*
* Must be an LPN in the state of Massachusetts.
* Long term care experience highly preferred.
