* diagnoses, maintains, and repairs vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning
* communicates directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed. Provide an estimated amount of time needed for additional repairs
* executes repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications
* ensure all components & systems are working properly to isolate the cause of the problem
* performs work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership standards/ manufacturer standards
* establish working relationships with our quality, professionally trained service advisors to provide the best service experience and secure future customer retention & referrals
* operate independently as rapidly as possible to repair / service the concern, & get to the next job with the support of the service manager and service advisors
