Benchmark Human Services is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide behavior supports for the individuals in our adult residential program. We provide thorough training, great challenges, and even greater fulfillment as you help individuals reach their maximum potential.

Responsibilities Include:
Provide overall behavioral support to 6 adults with Autism and other IDD in a group home setting.
Create individual behavior therapy goals in accordance with the IEP, PCP, and/or ISP.
Develop BSP's that meet DDDS standards and become involved with DE's BSP system.
Provide direct monitoring, assessment, intervention, and staff training.
Collaborate with other therapists to develop ideas for special projects and work as part of team to develop and implement those ideas.
Attend all agency, departmental and client specific meetings as directed.
Supervise and oversee the activities of Registered Behavioral Technicians (RBT).
Serve as a voice and advocate for individuals served.
Participate in on-going professional training.

Qualifications:
Masters' degree in related field.
Valid DE BCBA license
Valid driver's license.
Valid auto insurance
A minimum of 2 years of experience is preferred but not required
