* *Documentation:* Maintain accurate and timely documentation of resident care, medications, and treatments in accordance with facility policies and state regulations.
* *Monitoring:* Monitor residents' health status, identifying and reporting any changes in condition to the appropriate personnel.
* *Communication:* Communicate effectively with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a cohesive approach to resident care.
* *Compliance:* Adhere to all regulatory and facility guidelines, ensuring compliance with state and federal nursing standards.
* *Education:* Participate in ongoing training and development to stay current with best practices in long-term care nursing.
*Qualifications:*
* *Licensure:* Current and valid LPN license in the state of DE or compact license.
