The Society for Post-acute and Long-term Care Medicine, the premier medical society whose members care for people who reside in the post-acute and long-term care settings, is looking for an initiative-taking and talented individual to join our team as the Digital Marketing Manager. Reporting to the Director of Marketing and Membership, this position will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing campaigns across various channels to enhance brand visibility, engage customers, and drive business growth. This role requires a dynamic individual with a passion for digital marketing, strong analytical skills, and the ability to lead and execute multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

  • Aid in the development of the organization's digital marketing strategy, to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
  • Create and implement digital and social platform campaigns, including content, design, marketing performance and audience development across various platforms, such as Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
  • Collaborate with staff members to develop and execute email marketing campaigns to grow awareness and conversions for events, products, and programs.
  • Handle postproduction tasks for video recordings, including those from meetings and interviews. Upload and manage video content on platforms like YouTube or Vimeo and publish to website.
  • Develop visually appealing and on-brand graphics for social media, email, website, and print pieces.
  • Oversee the management and maintenance of the organization and select chapter websites, ensuring functionality, security, and user experience.
  • Implement website updates, security protocols, and integrations with third-party tools and APIs.
  • Develop intuitive and easy-to-understand reports and dashboards that deliver actionable information for marketing activities’ effectiveness and business impact (such as Google analytics, social media impressions and reach).

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience. (Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Web Design, Computer Science, IT, or Communications)
  • Proven experience in digital marketing roles, with a focus on social media management, email marketing, and website infrastructure management
  • 3-years designing and maintaining corporate level websites
  • Experience with Canva, HTML, WordPress, Drupal, PHP, MySQL, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, audio video editing, DevOps, GIT and JavaScript
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team
